The jungle line was first published in dc comics presents #85, but has since been reprinted at least 3 times in various compilations and 'best-of' collections. Moore scripted this story during his peak period, as it fell between v for vendetta and watchmen.

Artwork is penciled by rick veitch and inked by the legendary al williamson, whose lighting and brushwork helped make this story one of the darkest and edgiest superman stories anyone had ever seen.
